Brussels Airport
selects Nokia and
Citymesh for 5G

5G-ready network in collaboration with Nokia

network aims to provide more e cient, more
reliable and faster connectivity than Wi-Fi or
public 4G across the airport grounds.
e companies say that the higher capacity
of 5G means the airport will be able to deploy
additional technologies such as mobile safety
systems, IoT, automated vehicles and trackand
trace technology.
e network will be put into operation
